Dr. Vipin Grover

Dr. Vipin Grover graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (with honors) in 2009. He then chose to return to his hometown Peterborough, Ontario to pursue a career in dentistry. Before settling into his own private practice, Dr Grover had the pleasure of working in Millbrook, Lindsay, Bobcaygeon and Peterborough. Dr Grover actively seeks continuing education courses in various aspects of dentistry to further expand his credentials. In addition to general dentistry, he focuses on implant dentistry and Invisalign to provide comprehensive dental care to his patients. Dr Grover is also a proud member of the ODA, AGD, ICOI and RCDSO. Dr Grover welcomes everyone to visit the wonderful team at Horizon Family Dentistry and discuss any dental concerns that you might have.

Outside of the world of dentistry, Dr. Grover resides in Peterborough with his family and loves the beautiful Kawarthas. He is passionate about travel, enjoys various cuisines and is a car enthusiast! He loves building connections with people by engaging in discussions on various aspects of life.

Dr. Young Jin Cheon

Dr Young Jin Cheon completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery program at the University of western Ontario in London, Ontario. He then went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He strives to provide individualized treatment and prioritizes creating a comfortable environment for his patients to help alleviate dental anxiety. He is excited to offer his patients a high standard of care. Outside of work, he loves to play hockey and go camping!

Dr. Natalie Wong

Dr. Natalie Wong graduated from the University of Toronto with her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1996 and received her Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2007.

She is the only dentist that has attained a combination of the U.S. Board Certification in Implant Dentistry (Diplomate from the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI) – 2003), U.S. Board Certification in Prosthodontics (Diplomate of American Board of Prosthodontics (ABP) – 2008), and Canadian Board Certification in Prosthodontics (Fellow of Royal College of Dentists of Canada – 2008). She is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and holds Fellowships with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Misch International Implant Institute Canada for which she was the lead Faculty Member.

Dr. Wong has served as the Co-Director and an Associate-in-Dentistry (clinical instructor) in the Implant Prosthodontic Unit, Graduate Prosthodontic Department, University of Toronto. She has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral Implantology, Department of Periodontology, Temple University. She is a Past-President of the ABOI, Past-President of the Association of Prosthodontists of Ontario and is Past-President of the AAID. She is the Founder and Director of the Toronto Implant Institute Inc. and the Malo Smiles Dental Centre in Canada.

Dr. Wong lectures nationally and internationally on implant dentistry and practices all aspects of implantology in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She takes great pride in providing one-on-one mentoring in both surgical and prosthetic phases of implant dentistry.

Laurie has 30 years of experience being a dental assistant and has worked for Dr Grover since 2012 and she loves her two dogs.

Sarah T.

Sarah is a graduate of Fleming College wh ere she studied social service work and continued her education at Durham College for Dental Assisting. Sarah loves enjoying the summer weather and halloween is her favourite time of the year. Her education has given her a great ability to assist in patient comfort and she especially loves working with children.

Emma went to Durham College for her dental assisting diploma and she loves to craft and bake gluten free treats.

Debbie has worked in the dental industry since 1995 and with Dr Grover since 2009.
